When it comes to globally mobile and international school children, English can feel like an invisible wall preventing them from fully integrating into school life or achieving their learning goals. It need not be that way!

Equally, for Dutch (or other host nation) children, a fear of communicating in English can be a significant barrier to academic and eventually, career, success.

Before turning to the temptations of AI and tech to enable communication, children deserve structured opportunities to build their own authentic voices and low-stakes learning experiences through which they may grow their own speaking, writing, and expression skills.

CommLab's coaching and tutoring sessions tap into children's natural curiosity to help grow their English language skills with the understanding that saying something in imperfect English is better than saying nothing at all.

I offer customized , 45-minute sessions in an informal setting, structured to help children and teenagers of any age achieve tangible English goals. These English classes are tailored to each child's unique goals and age. From play-based reading and writing activities for the youngest learners, to essay support and exam prep for teenagers, my sessions can give your child the English boost they need to do well in school and in life. *
